Services and Emergency Auto Assistance
We shall organise an ambulance or other means of transportation (if necessary) to send the injured participating members to the nearest hospital or clinic.
Flat Battery Assistance
If the participating members run into battery trouble on the road and can’t roll-start their car, we shall provide assistance to the participating members accordingly. We will test the participating member’s car battery’s performance and jump-start the participating members’ vehicle or fit a new car battery if required.
Flat Tyre Assistance
If the participating members run into tyre trouble on the road, we shall provide the necessary assistance to them by changing the car tyre using the spare.
Emergency Fuel Delivery
If the participating members get caught without fuel, we shall provide the necessary assistance to them by giving them sufficient petrol or diesel so they would be able to make their own way to the nearest available service station.
Locksmith Services
If the participating members lost their car keys or lock themselves out of the vehicle, upon providing proof of ownership, we will arrange for a car locksmith to gain access to their vehicle.
Emergency Information Transmission Services
We shall contact the participating members’ immediate family in the event of breakdown or accident.
Car Rental Services
We shall assist the participating members at their own cost and expense by liaising with participating car rental companies to arrange rented cars at special discounts.
Legal Advisory Services
We shall assist by providing free basic legal advice to the participating members in the event of any road accident or traffic offence.
Motor Insurance Renewal Services
We shall assist by providing motor insurance renewal services to the participating members.
